    Chana dal ko ache se dho kar overnight rhakh do.

  2. 2

    Ab chana dal ko pani se nekal lo.

  3. 3

    Ab cotton cloth par rhakh kar dry kar lo thore se.

  4. 4

    Ab oil ko garamkar ke chana dal ko fry kar lo.

  5. 5

    Fry hona ke baad usme salt, Mirch and chat massla daal kar mix kar lo.

    Namkeen chana dal ban kar tyaar hai...
