Ghee ko garam karke pighla lein issme besan ko gholke alag rakhden.

Sugar and pani ki ek taar ki chashni banaye jab taar banne lage ussme elaichi powder dalden.

Elaichi powder daalne ke sath hi besan and ghee ka ghol dheere dheere daalti jayen aur hath ke motion ko ek hi direction me rakhte hue continue chalati jayen.

Jab issme jali padne lage gas off karke isse pahle se greased plate me failayen and sath ki cut lagaye. Mysore pak is ready.
