Take cream, jam and sugar whip the cream in mixer

Take 1 bread slice spread the cream put apple slices cover with bread slices again spread cream put banana slice cover with slices spread cream put Kiwi cover with last slice.

Then Coat with cream and garnish with grapes and strawberry and Kiwi now bread fruit cake is ready
