  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. egg whites
  3. 3/4butter
  4. Levelled teaspoon of baking powder
  5. fish (smashed)
  6. 1 cubeMaggi
  7. 5fingers ginger (grinded)
  8. Medium size onion (sliced)
  9. Green and red pepper (grinded)
  10. Garlic (grinded)
  11. 1 teaspoong/oil
  12. Water

    Sieve flour and add levelled teaspoon spoon of baking powder.add butter and then mixed

  2. 2

    Add a little water until it mixes into dough

  3. 3

    Place a pan on heat add oil to heat for 2 min then add pepper,onion,fish ginger and garlic and allow to fry for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Then bring it down.

  5. 5

    Cut the dough and flattened it,cut into desired sizes and enclose with the prepared sauce and seal the edges with egg whites

  6. 6

    Allow to bake for 15min.

  7. 7

    Then your fish pie is ready to be served.
