Steps

Take the flour, oil, little salt, water and make the dough.

Mash the potatoes

Add chilli ginger paste, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves to the potatoes. Make small balls from the mixture.

Take a small part from the dough, with the rollpin, flatten a little.
- 5
Place one mixture ball in to it and close forming a potli and flatten it like paratha.

On a tava, put some ghee and roast it well.
- 7
Yummy aloo parathas are ready. Enjoy
