Ingredients

1 poundground chicken
1 cupquinoa, uncooked
1 (15 oz)can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz)can black beans
1 1/2 cupschicken broth
1 teaspooneach chili powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder
Grated cheese for topping (I used pepper jack)
Chips for serving (I used tortilla chips)

Lightly brown ground chicken, just until pink is gone

Put in crockpot. Add corn, beans, and spices

Add quinoa and broth

Stir all together

Cook on high heat for 2 and 1/2 hours. Serve over chips and top with grated cheese
