Ingredients

  • 6 cupliquids from smoking a leg of lamb
  • 1 tbspground black pepper
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupmargarine
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    take the drippings of the lamb heat in a pot add margarine and spices

  2. 2

    boil 7 minutes mix cornstarch and quarter cup of water pour into drippings to thicken
