Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmsthin noodles
  2. 1zucchini, Julienne
  3. 1red bell pepper, Julienne
  4. 1 cuppurple cabbage
  5. 1/2 cupsquid, cooked
  6. 1/4th cup prawns, cooked, deveined and chopped
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1 tbspchilli oil
  10. 1/4 cuppeanut oil
  11. 1 tbspChinese five spice
  12. Greens of spring onion, finely slitted for garnishing

  1. 1

    Cook noodles as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat peanut oil in a non-stick pan, add the vegetables, squid and chopped prawns and cook for approx 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the noodles, salt, pepper and Chinese five spice. Stir till the vegetables and noodles are well combined.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with chilli oil and stir for few seconds. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with Chinese stir fried vegetables
