Steps

Cook noodles as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.

Heat peanut oil in a non-stick pan, add the vegetables, squid and chopped prawns and cook for approx 3 minutes.

Add the noodles, salt, pepper and Chinese five spice. Stir till the vegetables and noodles are well combined.

Drizzle with chilli oil and stir for few seconds. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with Chinese stir fried vegetables
