Steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil,add onion and saute till transparent.

Add chickpea / besan flour,fennel seeds,coriander seeds and mix well.

Add cottage cheese / paneer,red chilli powder,garam masala and salt and saute till dry the cottage cheese/ paneer.

Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.

Now stuffing is ready.

In a bowl take all purpose flour / maida,salt ghee / clarified butter and baking powder and mix well.

Add little amount of milk at a time and knead into a soft dough.

Keep aside for 15 mins.

Divide the dough into equal size balls.

Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.

In a pan heat the oil and add the kachori lower the heat and fry till light brown.

Serve hot.
