Ingredients

  1. 2 packagesBacon
  2. 2 packagesSouthwest Hashbrowns (not the frozen kind)
  3. 6Eggs
  4. 2 cupShredded Sharp Cheese
  5. 2 tspGarlic Powder
  6. 2 tspOnion Powder
  7. 2 tspRed crushed pepper
  8. 1Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry Bacon to medium well done

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine hashbrown, bacon, and all spices. Mix well

  3. 3

    Spead evenly in a 9X13 Casserole dish and bake covered at 350 for 1 hour

  4. 4

    With the back of a large spoon, make six indentations (for eggs)

  5. 5

    Crack eggs open and pour into the 6 holes and bake til desired doneness

  6. 6

    Add Cheese and bake til melted.

  7. 7

    Serve and Enjoy
