Steps

First soak the chana for 6 to 7 hours then boil it will boiling it add Salt all Khade masale like tejpata, Clove,dalchini etc

Once it is boil then keep it aside and prepare the masala grind onions and tomatoes make fine paste here u can chopped onions also it's optinal

Then in pan add oil put ginger garlic paste and onions tomatoes paste cook for a while add all masala along ciba fresh Chana masala and ciba turmeric cook for few minutes

Then add boil Chana and cook for at least 10 minutes in slow flame and garnish it with green fresh corinder
