Ingredients

  1. 3medium sized potatoes
  2. 2 cupscold water
  3. As neededRock salt
  4. As per tasteRed chilli(optional)
  5. As requiredOil for frying
  6. 2 tbspcornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes and cut in 1"thick fingers.Dip in cold water for 5 minutes and rinse well.Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on it and mix.

    Now roll them in cornflour and fry in hot oil. Fry again at the time of serving. It will give them extra crunch.Remove on Kitchen towel to cut out extra oil from them.Serve hot with sauce.
