Ingredients

10 mins
  • 10cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 cupGruyere cheese 1/2 cubes
  • 1mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 tspfresh ground pepper
  • 1 envelopezesty italian seasoning
  • 2 cloveof garlic fresh minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cherry tomatoes in half

  2. 2

    toss together tomatoes, cheese and mixed greens

  3. 3

    Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic cloves and seasoning pack.

  4. 4

    pour dressing over mixed greens

  5. 5

    cover and chill for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Sprinkle fresh ground pepper. Serve
