Steps

Blend tomatoes, hoho, dhania, carrots and set aside.

Chop onion into circular shape and set aside.

Fry onions til golden brown and set aside.

Peel potatoes and fry them in the oil used to fry onions.

In a sufuria add the goat meat, the blended tomatoes,Dhania, Hoho, mashed garlic and ginger, tomato paste, yoghurt, fried onions, fried potatoes, salt and a little oil that was used in frying onions and potatoes then stir and let it cook on low heat.

In a different sufuria add two cups of water, salt and oil and let it boil.

Soak your rice in cold water and wait for the water in the sufuria to boil. When it's boiled dip the soak rice and let it cook for 15mins.

When the goat stew (rojo) is ready set aside.

When rice is about to be ready use a fork to make several holes, pour a mixture of food colour with a little water into the holes and then cover and let it cook.

When both are ready serve and let it cool. I served my husband with a glass of tarmarid juice.
