5-6green chillies
10 gmsPerungayam powder
2ts jeera

First soak the rice for 4 hours. Then in a mixer grinder make into a smooth paste.

After add jeera and perungayam powder to it.

In a plaintain leaf paste like a dosa. Steam it in a steamer for a 2 minutes.

Illai vadam is ready to taste. Then dry for a day. then vadam is ready.
