Clean levti fish nicely.

In a plate take all the masala and 1tbsp oil. Mix it well.

Add levti to it. keep it aside for 1 hour.

In a non stick pan or in iron tava take oil and add chopped garlic cloves.when garlic becomes golden arrange levti one by one.(Iron rava is best for frying)cook on medium flame.

After 5 mins turn it carefully.

When both the sides it becomes crispy add 1tbsp Jowar flour and cook for another 1 min.
