Preheat oven to 350°F

Spray an 8 or 9 inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine both sugars and cinnamon and sprinkle bottom of pan.

Lay apple slices evenly on the pan to cover the whole area.

Cut butter into small pieces and place over the apples.

Bake apple slices for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs, flour, flavor extract, milk and salt together.

Once the apples are finished baking pour the egg batter onto the apples.

Return the pan to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the tray and quickly invert the pan over a large plate. This will flip the pancake out.

Scrape the remaining sugar and glaze from pan onto pancake.

Garnish the pancake with shaved orange rinds
