Ingredients

  1. 4Bone-in pork chops
  2. 12 ozhoney-wheat beer
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1/2 tspcoarse ground black pepper
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 cupshredded white cheddar cheese
  8. 1/4 cupthinly sliced green onion
  9. 2 tbspchopped peanuts or cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine beer, oil, garlic, half the pepper, and salt; marinade chops overnight.

  2. 2

    Grill chops on medium heat until slightly pink in center.

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chops; grill 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
