Ingredients

4Bone-in pork chops
12 ozhoney-wheat beer
1 tbspolive oil
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tspcoarse ground black pepper
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupshredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 cupthinly sliced green onion
2 tbspchopped peanuts or cashews

Steps

Combine beer, oil, garlic, half the pepper, and salt; marinade chops overnight.

Grill chops on medium heat until slightly pink in center.

Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chops; grill 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
