Ingredients

  • 1 packagesquorn meat substitute
  • 1/2large onion, chopped
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 2 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 cangreen chilis
  • 1 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspground cumin (up to a teaspoon or to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain and rinse the kidney beans.

  2. 2

    Pour everything into the crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours

  3. 3

    Top with your favorite topping ie cheese, sour cream, onions. Enjoy!
