Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupGround Lean Turkey
  • 1 canCorn
  • 1 canKidney Beans
  • 1 canCrushed Tomatoes With Green Chillies
  • 1 packagesTaco Seasoning
  • 1Onion
  • 1/2Crushed Garlic
  • 1Green Pepper
  • 1/3Olive Oil
  • 1Water
  • 1/2Sweet Potato

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook grounded turkey in oil till it turns brown on medium heat

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning to turkey

  3. 3

    Remove turkey and place onion , green peppers and garlic in pan cook till almost clear

  4. 4

    Open and drain veggies from cans and add to pot with 2/3 water on medium heat

  5. 5

    Add turkey and cooked veggies to pot with canned veggies ; let cook for 15-20

  6. 6

    Serve with sour cream and cheese on top when done
