Ingredients

  1. 2tomato
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1carrot
  4. 2 pinchred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspgarlic minced
  6. 1 tspground ginger
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 2 tbspunsalted butter
  9. 1 dozenperogies
  10. 1 1/2 cantomato paste
  11. 1 canwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Take pan and bring butter to heat, saute garlic , ginger and onion together till it turn golden brown.

    Add salt and red chilli powder with diced carrot.

  3. 3

    Add perogies now, with tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Add warm water to the pan and let it cook until perogies are ready to eat.
