Ab milk ko boil karein jab boil ho jaye to usme se 1 cup milk nikalkar alag rakhe ab usme grat kia hua gajar dalkar pakaye.

Jab milk 80 % tak sukh jaye to alag rakhe milk custard powder ghol kar gajar me achhe se mix karein.

Ab usme sugar and condense milk dalkar 5 se 7 min tak pakaye.

Phir thanda kar dry fruits dalkar serve karein.
