Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 2 largeeggs separated
  2. 100 gramschocolate
  3. 100 gramsground almonds
  4. 65 gramsbutter
  5. 50 gramsdark brown sugar
  6. 10 gramscaster sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt chocolate

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy

  3. 3

    Separate eggs and add yolk to butter mix with almonds and melted chocolate and mix well

  4. 4

    Whisk egg whites untill stiff and add to mix stirring gently

  5. 5

    Put into round greased tin and bake, leave to cool in tin 15mins
