2 largeeggs separated
100 gramschocolate
100 gramsground almonds
65 gramsbutter
50 gramsdark brown sugar
10 gramscaster sugar

Steps

Melt chocolate

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy
3

Separate eggs and add yolk to butter mix with almonds and melted chocolate and mix well
4

Whisk egg whites untill stiff and add to mix stirring gently
5

Put into round greased tin and bake, leave to cool in tin 15mins
