Whenever I need a quick tried and true marinade for chicken or pork I use this and soak the meat in it at least 4 hours and up to overnight. It provides tender juicy meat! It is,also good as,a brush on for grilling.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsour cream
  2. 1/2 cupSpicy Ranch Dressing and Dip, recipe attached below
  3. 2 tbspfresh lemon juice
  4. 3 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/4 tspgranulated garlic, or garlic powder
  7. 1 tsphot sauce, such as Franks red hot sauce

    In a large bowl whisk all ingredients to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Keeps,well for about a week.

    I use this sauce to marinate Chicken , Pork. Shrimp.and Scallops. For Fish I brush it on about 15 .minutes before grilling or roasting. It makes a great crust on fish. As a marinade it turns out exceptionally juicy, flavorful meat

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.
