Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6 tbspolive oil /plus more for pasta water
  2. 1 pinchSalt
  3. 2 lbSpaghetti
  4. 1 largeWhite Onion,chopped
  5. 2 lbGround Beef
  6. 1 pinchFreshly ground pepper
  7. 1 pinchGarlic Salt
  8. 26 ozJar Marinara Sauce Or Spaghetti Sauce
  9. 26 ozJar Marinara Sauce Or Spaghetti Sauce
  10. 3 tbspUnsalted Butter
  11. 1 cupGrated Cheddar Cheese(about 4 oz.)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. 2

    Bring four quarts of water to a boil in a large pot over high flame. poor in a generous splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    add to spaghetti and cook for about 7 to 10 minutes,until al dente.

  4. 4

    while the pasta is cooking, heat a large saucepan over medium flame. and olive oil, then the onion and ground beef. season with salt and pepper, and as garlic salt, and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.

    Pour in marinara sauce in heat, staring so it doesn't stick anywhere, then stir in butter.

    Add the cooled pasta to meat sauce long with half a cheese

  7. 7

    mix well and pour into pven-safe casserole dish. sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes
