Ingredients

3 hours
  1. 3oinion
  2. 1stock celery
  3. 2 canlrg olives sliced
  4. 1/2 lbmushrooms
  5. 3 canchicken broth
  6. 1sage to taste
  7. 1thyme to taste
  8. 1rosemary to taste
  9. 1salt & pepper to taste
  10. 1cooked/diced giblits (if desired)
  11. 1or
  12. 2 stickbutter (REAL butter
  13. 2 packages13 oz. bread stuffing

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute diced onions and celery in 1 stick butter adding butter as necessary until onions and celery are tender then add diced mushrooms and olives

  2. 2

    Finly chop herbs add to mixture, salt and pepper to taste, add broth and cook on medium for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add giblets as desired, slowly pour and mix broth mixture over bread stuffing untul moist but not wet.

  4. 4

    STUFF BIRD!!! In most recipies you "stuff the bird lightly"... mom says "stuff as much of that s**t in there as you can fit!"
