Saute diced onions and celery in 1 stick butter adding butter as necessary until onions and celery are tender then add diced mushrooms and olives

Finly chop herbs add to mixture, salt and pepper to taste, add broth and cook on medium for 10-15 minutes.

Add giblets as desired, slowly pour and mix broth mixture over bread stuffing untul moist but not wet.

STUFF BIRD!!! In most recipies you "stuff the bird lightly"... mom says "stuff as much of that s**t in there as you can fit!"
