Ab gas par kadhi mein ghee garam karein usme grated beetroot daale or 7-8minute bhune.

Ab beetroot milk milaye or chalate rahe.

Kuch der milk sukh jaye tab sugar add kar chalate rahe.

Jab beetroot bilkul sukh jaye tab usme mava,cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits, chopped Kiwi milaye.

Kuch chopped Kiwi ko gas par ek pan mein sugar ke saath caremlig karein.

Ab halwe ko caremlig Kiwi or cuti hue Kiwi se garnish kar garma garam serve karein.
