Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250gms. Potato
  2. 4big tablespoon cornflour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Oil for fry
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1/2 spoongarlic paste
  7. 1 spoontomato sauce
  8. 1 spoonsoya sauce
  9. 1 spoonred chilli sauce
  10. 2 spoonhoney
  11. 1 spoonroasted white til
  12. leavesCoriander

Steps

    Peel the potato. And cut it into small long pieces like French fries.

  2. 2

    Soak it in cold water for 15 minute and drain it.

  3. 3

    Boil the water. When water is boiling add 1/2 spoon salt and 1 spoon oil.

  4. 4

    Then add potatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain it.

  5. 5

    Take a big mixing bowl and add potatoes, 2 spoon cornflour and some salt. Mix it well.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate it for 1 hour after that deep fry the potatoes.

  7. 7

    For gravy take a pan. Heat the oil. Add garlic and chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  8. 8

    Then add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and garam masala, soya sauce and mix well.

  9. 9

    Take 2 spoon cornflour in a bowl add little water and make a liquid. Add this liquid in the grave and stir continously. Cook it for 2 minute.

    Gravy is ready. Add them fried potato and honey. Mix it.

  11. 11

    Serve it hot. And garnish it with coriander leaves and til.

    Enjoy honey Chilli potato.
