Ingredients

3 cupcooked red beans and rice mixture
1/2 cupshredded jalapeño cheese
1 tspgarlic powder
1 can15 oz. black beans (1/2 mashed, 1/2 left intact)
2egg whites
1/4 cupflour
2 tspTiger Sauce (any hot sauce will work)
2 tspground cumin
1 tspsalt
dashred pepper flakes
1cooking spray
garnish
1 largeavocados
1 largetomatoes
sour cream
bunchcilantro

Steps

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, until throughly combined.

Spray the pan with cooking spray, and Scoop 1/4 cup portions into the pan

Cook for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown

Garnish with avocado, tomato, cilantro and sour cream
