Ingredients

  1. 3 cupcooked red beans and rice mixture
  2. 1/2 cupshredded jalapeño cheese
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 can15 oz. black beans (1/2 mashed, 1/2 left intact)
  5. 2egg whites
  6. 1/4 cupflour
  7. 2 tspTiger Sauce (any hot sauce will work)
  8. 2 tspground cumin
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. dashred pepper flakes
  11. 1cooking spray
  12. garnish
  13. 1 largeavocados
  14. 1 largetomatoes
  15. sour cream
  16. bunchcilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, until throughly combined.

  2. 2

    Spray the pan with cooking spray, and Scoop 1/4 cup portions into the pan

  3. 3

    Cook for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown

  4. 4

    Garnish with avocado, tomato, cilantro and sour cream
