Enjoy this delicious dry cake (also called Sfouf) with your morning coffee or with your afternoon tea.

Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon. The quantity of water depends on the type of flour and semolina. So around a cup or more. The batter should be soft and sticky. (Not watery).

Line a cake mold with parchement paper and put the batter. Bake in a preheated oven 350°F until the cake is dry from the inside and outside.
