  • 9boneless chicken thighs
  • 5egg whites slightly whipped
  • breadcrumb mix
  • 1BAR-B-QUE SEASONING
  • 1/2 cupquaker oats
  • jerk seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cupwhole wheat bread crumbs
  • chicken season
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper corns

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Evenly place each chicken piece in the egg mix and evenly coat

    Then place in breadcrumb mix and evenly coat

  3. 3

    Place on a plate to dry for 3 min

  4. 4

    Heat a small oil in a oven tray at gas mark 200

  5. 5

    When oil is hot place chicken topside up on the tray
