9boneless chicken thighs
5egg whites slightly whipped
breadcrumb mix
1BAR-B-QUE SEASONING
1/2 cupquaker oats
jerk seasoning
2 1/2 cupwhole wheat bread crumbs
chicken season
oregano
garlic powder
black pepper corns

Evenly place each chicken piece in the egg mix and evenly coat

Then place in breadcrumb mix and evenly coat
3

Place on a plate to dry for 3 min

Heat a small oil in a oven tray at gas mark 200
5

When oil is hot place chicken topside up on the tray
