Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsugar
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspground cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tspground ginger
  5. 1/4 tspground cloves
  6. 2 largeeggs
  7. 1 canpumpkin (15 oz)
  8. 1 canevaporated milk (12 oz)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Mix sugar, salt, and spices in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and spice/sugar mixture. Gradually add evaporated milk.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350, bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
