2medium avocados
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1Garnish as you like

Cut the avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out of skin.

Cut lime in half and squeeze in juice.
3

Add remaining ingredients and wisk with a fork until smooth.
4

Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, cheese or whatever you like.
