Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 headlettuce chopped
  2. 2red onion sliced thin
  3. 4peppers assorted colors , green, red, yellow, orange sliced thin
  4. 2 lbprecooked fajita chicken thawed
  5. 3 cupsour cream
  6. 2 cupsalsa mild or hot depending on your taste
  7. 1 envelopefajita seasoning add half of pack and then season to taste
  8. 1 packagestortilla strips

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop lettuce slice peppers and onions

  2. 2

    mix in bowl then add chicken

  3. 3

    stir together sour cream, salsa and fajita seasoning starting with half pack of seasoning and then adjust to taste

  4. 4

    serve salad with dressing and tortilla strips on top
