1 mediumonion (diced)
1/4 cupflour
2 candiced stew tomatoes
1 dashpepper
1 tspsalt

cut up stew meat into cubes.

toss the stew meat in flour,salt and pepper to coat.

place in slow cooker

add diced onion to slow cooker

pour tomatoes on top of onions

add water to cover

cook on low 5-6 hours

great served over egg noodles and mashed potatoes
