Rinse asparagus in cold water. allow excess water to drain.

Cut 1/2 inch off the bottom of the asparagus.

Cut red bell pepper into long thin strips.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a zip lock bag.

Preheat oven to 375

Add asparagus and red bell pepper to the zip lock bag seal and shake until everything is coated. Allow it to sit for at least 10 minutes.

Line a cookie sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper. Place the asparagus on cookie sheet in a single layer.

Bake in oven for 15 to 20 min until the asparagus are tender.
