I heard about this recepie and figured it could't possibly turn out bad ..heck as a kid i loved captin crunch! Combined with chicken and pasta this dish is garanteed to be your "winner winner chicken dinner"!!

I heard about this recepie and figured it could't possibly turn out bad ..heck as a kid i loved captin crunch! Combined with chicken and pasta this dish is garanteed to be your "winner winner chicken dinner"!!

Break down the captin crunch into a "powder" In a food processor or wich ever way is most convenient to you(its ok if there are chunks they caramalise and are extra crispy)

Blend in the italian seasoned bread crumbs and garlic powder untill well mixed together

In a seperate bowl whip up your eggs

Pour 1 1/2 cups corn flouer or regular flouer in a plate or tupperware

Place chicken in flouer then dip in eggs and then in captin crunch mix
- 6
Place on cooking rack in the oven at 350°F for aprox 45mins-1h or untill chicken is cooked or fry in frying pan with some coconut oil or peanut oil (any basic frying oil will do)

Add pasta sauce and melted parmasan and enjoy!!
