  • 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 cupchicken broth
  • 2 cupheavy cream
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspsalt OR celery salt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 3 cupTurkey meat OR chicken breast meat

Steps

    Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat

    Stir in flour

  3. 3

    Add broth

  4. 4

    Add cream

  5. 5

    Garlic powder

  6. 6

    Add salt

    Add pepper

    Whisk together

  9. 9

    Cook over medium low heat until thickened

  10. 10

    Stir in chicken

  11. 11

    Serve over potatoes or biscuits
