Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbchicken breast
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspcanola oil
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 2 tspginger
  6. 1onion
  7. 1green pepper
  8. 1red pepper
  9. 1jalapeños
  10. 1/2 cupThai sweet chilli sauce
  11. 1 tspvinegar
  12. 1green onions

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Sprinkle chicken with salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil on high

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger, stir fry until starts to brown

  4. 4

    Add onion, red and green peppers, and jalapeño. Stir fry adding 4 tsp water by the tablespoon to prevent stick
