Core the apple and cut into small pieces.

Slice the half of banana into chunks.

Add the apple, banana, raw almonds (leave whole), yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and ice to blender.

Blend ingredients for 5 seconds, then add peanut butter to mixture.

Set blender to liquify and blend until smooth and creamy.

More milk may be added until desired thickness is reached
