Ingredients

  1. 100 gmflour
  2. 100 gmwheat flour
  3. 100 gmbesan
  4. leavesMethi
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1Chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough with besan wheat flour and methi leaves

  2. 2

    Roll the dough into flat and oil it and sprinkle salt turmeric powder and chilli powder

  3. 3

    Fold the dough into triangle or desired shape

  4. 4

    Cook it on griddle

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with curd or butter
