Steps

Wash cauliflower and grate it.

In pan roast cumin and coriander seeds without oil

Crush them the roasted seeds into powder.

In besan add water,cumin coriander powder, turmeric, salt and make a thick paste

Make balls of grated cauliflower and dip them into the besan paste.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the ballls until golden brown

For kofta gravy heat oil in pan and crack cumin seeds and coriander powder

Add ginger garlic paste

Then add grated onion cook until golden brown

Then add tomato puree and cook until it loosens it's oil

Now add koftas and simmer it for a while, add water if needed

When cooked garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti or parantha
