1 cupPrepared palak paneer –
to tasteSalt –
1/2 tspBaking soda –
For accompaniments :- Coconut chutney

In a bowl, mix Idli batter and prepared palak paneer and mix well.

Add salt only if necessary.

Add baking soda, and beat the batter well.

Finely chopped the paneer pieces.

Grease the Idli mould and pour the battery into it and steam it till it is cooked.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
