perheat your pan and you can use pam to help them from sticking

cut up the green pepper and onion and put it into the hambuger and all the spices

mix all of it together

make them into balls of the same size

flat all of your balls out into patties you can put pepper on them if you like before you cook them

start cooking them and when you have grease in the pan drain it out and then flip them

repeat step 5 intill all the way done

now just get your buns together and enjoy
