In a pan mix hing, red chilli powder, saunf, turmeric powder and little water to make a paste. In a mixer grinder jar add jeera, elaichi, dalchini, and grind it coarsely.

Heat butter in a kadai add lamb pieces and roast it. Now add masala paste, water and salt and then cover the lid. Cook it for 40-50 minutes.

After this add coarsely ground masala powder and cook it for 30-40 minutes. Add garam masala and serve hot.
