Wash and clean fish pieces. Sprinkle salt and fry in oil.

Chop the onions finely.Grind into a smooth paste. Mix onion paste with ginger garlic paste and CIBA fish masala in a bowl.

Heat oil in a karai. Add the masala paste and fry the masala paste till it changes colour.

Add curd to the masala thereafter and continue frying. Add little bit of water and salt and.sugar thereafter. Add the fried fish pieces and cover with a lid.

As the gravy thickens remove from the flame. Put in a container and serve topping up with beaten curd.
