Steps

Wash 3 to 4 time all sag leaves.

Roughly Chopped sag leaves.

Boil with maka atta and green Chilli and 1 glass water.

Heat ghee in a wok add garlic and ginger sauté till then light brown, add finely chopped onion sauté it and now add tomato cook till soft.

Add salt, red Chilli powder, amchoor powder and mix well.
