Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSarso saag leaves
  2. 1 bunchPalak saag leaves
  3. 1 bunchBathua saag leaves
  4. 3Finely chopped tomato
  5. 3Finely chopped onion
  6. 1 pieceGinger small
  7. 6-8garlic cloves finely chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tablespoonDeshi ghee
  10. 1 bowlMakki aata
  11. to tasteRed Chilli powder
  12. 2 green Chilli finely chopped
  13. 1 tspAmchoor powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash 3 to 4 time all sag leaves.

  2. 2

    Roughly Chopped sag leaves.

  3. 3

    Boil with maka atta and green Chilli and 1 glass water.

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in a wok add garlic and ginger sauté till then light brown, add finely chopped onion sauté it and now add tomato cook till soft.

  5. 5

    Add salt, red Chilli powder, amchoor powder and mix well.
