Cooking Instructions

    Bake pastry till dry

    Spread with pesto

  3. 3

    Place eggplant

  4. 4

    Add feta cheese

  5. 5

    Add grated tomato

  6. 6

    Cover with eggs mixed with cream and top with mozzarella

  7. 7

    Bake at 400 till done
