Take a bowl.
Mix all ingredients in bowl. [ Potatoes + peas + onion+ chilli garlic+ masala + 1/2 cup bread crumbs + coriander leaves.] - 2
Now give a shape of kababs.

Cover the kababs in remaining half bread crumbs.Take a pan. Add 1 spn oil and shallow fry the kababs.
Serve hot kababs with ketchup and green chutneys. Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese. - 4
#Paneer is rich in proteins, minerals and nutrients. And this dish is shallow fry so it's consider less oil.
